Salvy (salvy.co.uk) is an introduction service for UK businesses for sale and publishes The Salvy Report, an insolvency shortlist. We are not a business transfer agent, broker, solicitor, or accountant. We do not negotiate deals, hold funds, host deal rooms, or take success fees.
Buyers and sellers may book an initial call through our scheduling provider or send their requirements through our website form. A booking, consultation, or enquiry is not an instruction to act, a contract, or a guarantee that we can help. If the request is suitable, we may provide a tailored quote describing the proposed introduction service, scope, price, timing, and any specific payment or cancellation terms.
No fee is charged for booking the initial consultation or sending an enquiry. You decide whether to accept a quote. Salvy does not negotiate a business sale, hold money, host due diligence, or participate in completion. We do not charge a success or completion fee.
Public marketplace listings and buyer memberships are not offered to new customers while Salvy operates the enquiry service. Existing customers retain access to their account records, previously unlocked details, listing controls, and billing management. Existing subscriptions can be managed through My Salvy and cancellation takes effect according to the billing terms accepted at purchase.
The Salvy Report (administrations, liquidations, market brief, and company profiles) is free. Email subscribers receive the same shortlist. It is not a paid unlock product.
One passwordless Salvy account can be used for buying, selling, or both. Sign-in links are personal, expire after a short period, and must not be shared. Activity is associated with the verified email address used to sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for providing accurate information.
Historical listing updates remain subject to review. We may suspend account access or remove content where we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
Any payment and refund terms for a new service will be stated in the quote before you accept it. Existing subscriptions remain subject to the terms accepted at purchase. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
We may check information supplied in an enquiry against public records and may decline an enquiry at our discretion. Our review is not legal, financial, or commercial due diligence.
Buyers and sellers must provide accurate information. You must not use Salvy for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes. We may remove content or refuse service if these terms are breached.
Salvy provides introductions and information only. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should take independent advice before buying or selling a business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on our content, introductions, or third-party information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
