Use your written findings to prioritise opportunities and supplier conversations. A wider paid pilot is optional, with scope, price and terms agreed in writing before it starts.
4. Verify the savings
Compare costs on an equivalent basis, account for fees and keep evidence. Estimated annual savings, agreed savings and realised savings are tracked separately.

Does this replace my accounting software?
No. Salvy focuses on supplier costs, contract decisions and actions. Continue using your existing tools for bookkeeping, accounts and tax.
What happens to uploaded documents?
The public website does not accept bills or contracts. Uploads happen in the private pilot workspace. When AI analysis is selected, document content is sent to OpenAI for processing. Before upload, we confirm who can access your workspace, how long documents will be retained and how to request deletion. Do not upload until you have reviewed and accepted that information and the pilot terms. Remove bank details, personal information and anything not needed for the review. Can AI get the details wrong?
Yes. Verify extracted amounts, dates and clauses against the original document. Missing terms need review and should not be treated as confirmed facts.
Will Salvy negotiate or cancel a contract for me?
The pilot prepares drafts and tracks actions. You approve and send communications yourself, and check any cancellation requirements with your supplier.
